Nami & Sachu got to photograph my lovely group of friends this weekend and it was amazing! It was the first time we had to photograph such a large group of people, but we had a blast doing it.
Read MoreWent with Dino to UCLA today for some lighting practice. It's so weird to be back on campus, but oddly refreshing. We didn't have wireless transmitters so it was odd to try and use model lamps for the lights. I'm more used to very high-light, clean portraits that are evenly lit; but we experimented with more "mood" lighting (two lights -- one from the side, one from the front) that shown on only a part of her face. Overall, it was a nice experiment and I always have a lovely time with Dino :)
I also realize that my portfolio is almost completely built on pictures of her and my sister.. I need to find new models soon... Anyone out there who wants to collab, let me know!
